95th Percentile Report

Basically it is an industrial standard of calculation to bill Web hosts.

For example, there is a register of 100 Publishers/customers, and they are sorted in an order of the lowest to the highest bandwidth usage.

The 95th percentile in this case is the 95th percent, literally, of the register. So in this case it is the 95th Publisher that is taken and shown in the report.
