First, create a catchy and descriptive name for your package as your customers will also see the package name in their respective portals.

Set the limits on the package, in terms of capacity in gigabytes and bandwidth limit in Mbps.

Finally you can enable your bandwidth package to be made publicly available. If not, the bandwidth package will not be visible to your customers and considered a private package.
