After an account is registered, an activation e-mail will be sent.

Click on that URL link in the e-mail.

If unable to click the URL link, highlight the URL, press Ctrl+C and then in the Web browser or tab browser that had the portal's registration signup located, and paste (Ctrl+V) the URL into the browser's or tab's address bar.
