Distributors Adding Customers

You can add new customer accounts here.

They will assume the role of OPERATOR.

Simply enter the relevant data into the form provided. Note that you will have control over their passwords at this point, and if your customers do not change their passwords.

You will also need to assign your Operator either with a requested license or the default free trial license from the drop down menu in the form.

A capability exists in the license setup screen where your operator can add internal or intranet based IP addresses for their Edge servers. Do check with them carefully before enabling this because it may bring security issues.

Finally, click on the "Add new operator account!" button.

The system will automatically send the activation e-mail to your new customer (operator).
